The main objective of our Quality Policy is Customer Satisfaction.


Radiometer Analytical bases its organization on the requirements of the ISO 9001 Version 2000 standard.

Our quality map is the image of the organisation.
It represents our transversal process including all Radiometer Analytical functions.
A process is a group of activities in order to generate outputs after work on inputs.
Our departments are gathered in 6 processes as defined in the ISO 9001 version 2000 standard.
Radiometer Analytical’s working methods are based on a permanent search for continuous improvement (Kaizen).
The Danaher group quality tools, based on the same approach, help us achieve this goal.




Radiometer Analytical is a member of DANAHER group and applies the Danaher Business System.

The Danaher Business System (DBS) is a business management system designed to achieve world class excellence in customer satisfaction.
